Confluence 1.2 と 1.3 の間の多くの変更点は、Confluence 管理者のみを対象としています。すべての Confluence ユーザーに重要な変更の詳細を次に示します。

ゴミ箱

これまで、ページやブログ投稿を削除した場合、それらを元に戻すことはできませんでした。1.3 では、削除されたページはゴミ箱へ移動します。スペース管理者は、ごみ箱からページを取得したり、それらを完全に削除することができます。ページが削除された (または間違って削除してしまった) 場合は、スペース管理者に連絡して元に戻してもらってください。

メール アーカイブ

Confluence に、E メール保存機能が含まれるようになりました。これにより、メーリング リストのアーカイブや、チーム内の会話の記録を Confluence に保存することができます。メールのアーカイブはスペース管理者が設定を行う必要があります。

すべてのメールにはインデックスが作成されますが、E メールの量によって Confluence サイトのコンテンツが圧迫される可能性があるため、既定ではメールを検索結果から除外しています。検索を実行する際には、質問に対する回答が、メール アーカイブ内にもある可能性があると表示されることがあります。

To link to an email from a Confluence page, you must find the numeric ID of that mail from the end of its URL, and put that in your link like so: [$12572], which Confluence will draw like this: 12572

JIRA マクロの改善

{jiraissues} マクロには 2 つの新しいオプションオプション パラメーターがあります。

• count=true は、マクロは、フィルタで一致した課題の一覧ではなく数のみを返します。
• cache=off では、結果が正確になるよう、マクロはページをロードするたびに Jira からフィルタ結果を取得します (フィルタによって多数の結果が返される場合、サーバーが過負荷にならないようにご注意ください)。

列のレイアウトが簡単

You can use the {section} and {column} macros to organise your page into columns. This is especially useful when you combine it with the {jiraportlet} macro: you can arrange a Confluence page just like a JIRA dashboard!

• Take a look at how the space summary page has been reorganised
• Wiki ページまたはブログ投稿で alt-E (Mac の場合は Ctrl-E) を押すと、ページを編集できます。
• If you start a link with three slashes, you can link to something relative to the root of the Confluence installation. This is useful for creating links to pages that are part of Confluence, such as the dashboard ([///]), or the space list ([///spaces/listspaces.action]).
• {excerpt} マクロでは hidden=true パラメータを使用して、ページ内の抜粋コンテンツを非表示にできます。
• {excerpt-include} では nopanel=true パラメータを使用して、装飾やテーブルのない状態で抜粋を表示できます。
