Unable to bulk edit security level on the issues

原因

1. Security level field is hidden for at least 1 issue in at least 1 project for the selected issues. 
2. At least one of the projects of the selected issues is not associated with an issue level security scheme.
3. Current user has no Edit Issue permission for at least 1 project for the selected issues
4. Current user has no Set Issue Security permission for at least 1 project for the selected issues
   
   

回避策

1. Check if the Security level field is hidden on either one the Field Configurations of all projects selected
2. Check if the Issue Security for all projects selected has Issue Level Security Scheme configured
3. Check if the current user has the permission to Edit Issue in Permission scheme of all the selected issues of all projects
4. Check if the current user has the permission to Set Issue Security permission in Permission scheme for all the selected issue of all projects
