Grant the Edit Issues and Schedule Issues permissions
Two permissions are necessary to assign issues to sprints:
- 課題の編集
- 課題のスケジュール
The affected users are missing one or both of these, which can be verified by using the Permission Helper.
To grant the impacted users both permissions from the Project Permissions page:
- Log in as a Jira Administrator
- Navigate to the affected project
- Select Project settings
- Select Permissions
- At the Permission Scheme page, Select Actions -> Edit Permission
- Locate the 2 permissions Edit Issues and Schedule Issues and take note of the listed users, groups, and project roles
- Ensure affected users are included in the appropriate group already associated to these permissions by checking the groups page
- If the user is not, select Add and associate the user directly to those permissions
