症状

When accessing JIRA 6 after an upgrade the layout is completely broken, as shown below:

If the problem is only occurring in IE (in any version, 8, 9, 10), please see this KB.

原因

The configuration from look and feel was broken after the import.

ソリューション

• Browse through System -> User Interface -> Look and Feel and reset all the configurations to the default
• Reconfigure manually everything you need from the Look and Feel
