Jira Service Management Slack connection doesn't work after Halp subscription ended

This is due to the existence of Halp queues that are not associated with a Jira Service Management project.
ソリューション
In order to correct this, all of the active queues need to be connected to Jira Service Management projects. This can be done by either archiving unconnected queues if they are no longer being used or connecting the queues to Jira Service Management projects. Please note that archiving a queue cannot be undone and it will also archive any related recipes, forms, statuses, and tickets.
