症状

User is unable to delete attachment. When they try to delete the attachment, an error message shows :  

'JIRA Failed to delete attachment with id XXXXX'

原因

After some trouble-shooting, is cause seems to with the file sizes

回避策

Resolved by  by reducing the maximum size of file that is attached from 100MB to 5MB to prevent this from reoccurring.
