症状

When accessing Issues >> Manage using Internet Explorer 8, a message appears "the script is unresponsive."

原因

One potential cause is there are a lot of filters to be loaded and the script /secure/ManageFilters.jspa takes enough time for Internet Explorer 8 consider it as unresponsive.

ソリューション

There are two known methods to resolve this:

• Remove some filters of the selected tab (like favourites) reducing the work charge of /secure/ManageFilters.jspa script.
• Download and install Microsoft's patch to increase script execution timeout and improve the performance of IE8 when executing scripts.
