Date Pickers select Wrong Year

症状
Whenever a date is selected through a date-picker, JIRA assigns the date to the wrong year.
診断
Users may report that the date value is swapped for the year value.
原因
This is caused by a mismatch between the Date Display format and the Date Picker format.
ソリューション
- Review date formats in Date and Time Formats and compare to formats in Advanced Settings.
If settings don't match, you may find that there are buttons to assist with reverting to defaults:
