症状

Some of the actions on the JIRA instance lead to the following (or similar) error thrown on the browser :

Content Encoding Error
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression

診断

This behavior occurs in most cases after the security patch for  JRA-29403 - Getting issue details... STATUS  has been installed.

原因

This is caused by JIRA caches getting corrupt.
