Connection Status briefly appear as Suspended and Disabled on JSM Mail Handler connectivity logs

原因
Those statuses are not result of user interaction, since if we disable the mail channel at the JSM project level it will simply remove the connection as a whole and if we disable it at site level, it will also not log that at the handler. These usually are caused by maintenance on the inbound mailing services and should resume shortly with no impact to the product.
