症状

1. Project disappeared or missing after making some configuration changes
2. There are warnings on permission to view the particular project if trying to access the project directly via the URL
3. Creating new project, leads to the new project disappeared as well
4. Permission violation directly after a project creation, even when user is the JIRA application administrator.
5. atlassian-jira.log に次のメッセージが表示される。

原因

The user does not have the permission to view the project, particularly the Browse Projects permission in the Permission Scheme used by the project.

ソリューション

• Please check if the user is given the permission Browse Projects in Permission Scheme

• If the permission is on the Project Roles, please ensure that users or groups are included in the particular Roles for the project

• If newly created project went missing, please ensure that in System > User Management > Roles, the Manage Default Members for Project Role Users includes the jira-users group by default
