Smart commits are not creating reviews
問題
atlassian-fisheye.log に次のメッセージが表示される。

The user running the smart commit does not have proper permissions to the repository in Crucible.
ソリューション
Go to Administration > Repositories > REPO_NAME > Permissions and make sure this user is in one of the groups with a check mark next to it.
