症状

Trying to change a user password from Fisheye leads to the following error message in the GUI.

Cannot update password for specified user

原因

This is happening when Fisheye utilizes Crowd as its user server; According to Changing a User's Password, it is only possible to change the passwords of 'built-in' Fisheye users – not for users populated from Crowd.
