プライベート チームはいつでも共有チームに変換できます。チームが共有チームになったら、複数のプラン横断してそのチームに課題に割り当てることができます。これは、既存のチームをすでにプランに割り当てており、同じチームを別のプランに割り当てたい場合に便利です。
チームが一度共有チームになると、非公開チームに戻すことはできません。これは、共有チームがすでに複数のプランで使用され、これらのプランを横断した作業に割り当てられている可能性もあるためです。
非公開チームを共有チームに変換する方法
- プランで、チーム ビューに移動します。チーム ビューが表示されます。
- 共有するチームで [その他] (
) > [共有] をクリックします。 - [共有] をクリックしてチームの変換を確認します。
- As long as the team field is displaying in Jira issues, you can assign a team directly in the Jira issue itself.
- If you're currently using the team field in Jira, the assigned team will be displayed in the Jira issue itself.
- 既存のすべての共有チームの詳細と設定を管理するには、[共有チームの管理] をクリックします。
