Version 1.3 of Insight Macro for Confluence requires Insight version 4.9.3 installed on the JIRA server.
These are the improvements in this release:
- Disable external linking on attribute values.
- Support to render the macros in PDF exports.
- Add the macro with an empty IQL result.
- Show attributes from reference objects in separate columns
- Hide attributes with no values in the table result
- Other minor improvements
Show attributes from reference objects in separate columns
As always, you've been able to see attributes from a reference object by hovering on it, now it's even possible to pick a reference object's attribute and show it directly in the table.
In this example, "Access Rights" attributes belong to "Application" objects but are shown in a separate column. Note that it's not required to include "Applications" attribute to be able to show "Access Rights" attribute.
In the configuration, just select the reference object attribute(s) you want to display.
Support to render the macros in PDF exports
The macros will render in Confluence's PDF exports now. However, we recommend generating PDF exports with the web browser's printing tool as it usually exports the content in a better way. When it comes to space exports though, that might not be an option.
