症状

Using the viewppt or viewpdf macros gives the following error:

There was a problem converting this attachment. Please create an issue at http://jira.atlassian.com

原因

The file conversion cannot handle uppercase extensions. This is a known issue created at CONFSERVER-17216 - viewfile macro can't convert .ppt when extension is upper case. Your comments and vote on that issue are very much appreciated.

Workound

Rename the files to use lowercase extensions:

• EXAMPLE.PPT - > EXAMPLE.ppt
• EXAMPLE.PDF - > EXAMPLE.pdf
