Confluence のパスワードの変更を希望する場合、2 つのシナリオが考えられます。
- ログインしているが、パスワードを変更したい場合、または変更の必要がある場合
- パスワードを忘れてしまってログインできないため、パスワードをリセットする必要がある場合
Confluence 内から
ログインしていて、パスワードを変更する場合：
- 画面の右上にある 自分のプロフィール画像を選択し、プロフィールを選択します
- プロフィール タブで、左側の列の パスワード をクリックします。
- 表示されたフォームに、現在のパスワードと新しいパスワードを入力します。
- 送信 をクリックします 。
- プロファイル メニューの設定
- サイドバーのパスワード
ログイン ページから
パスワードを忘れてしまって、リセットする必要がある場合、Confluence ログインページからリセットできます。「パスワードを忘れましたか？」のリンクを選択すると、Confluence がパスワードをリセットするプロセスを順を追ってご案内します。
パスワード オプションが表示されない場合
ログイン資格情報を別のユーザー ディレクトリから取得している場合 (Confluence が LDAP ディレクトリまたはユーザー管理用 Jira と連携されている場合等)、Confluence から直接パスワードを変更することができないことがあります。
パスワードをどこで変更するか、管理者に問い合わせてください。
