The changes for the latest versions of Clover's core and all its integrations are as follows:

Changes in Clover 4.1.10

EOL Reminder: Atlassian Clover is open-sourced and thus not actively maintained by Atlassian.

Clover 4.1.10 (com.atlassian.clover:clover:4.1.10) is a technical release, containing upgrades of outdated, vulnerable third party libraries. Changes: removed Guava, replaced Log4J 1.x with SLF4J, updated dependencies to Apache Commons libraries. Not tested against Groovy 1.x, so compatibility is not guaranteed. Removed license key validation.

It requires Java 8 or higher to run.

Clover 4.1.10 is bundled in Bamboo 9.2.5+, 9.3.3+ and 9.4.0+.

Clover Maven Plugin 4.1.10 (com.atlassian.maven.plugins:clover-maven-plugin:4.1.10) uses Clover 4.1.10.

Changes: dropped support for Maven 2.x. Removed Guava, updated JetBrains Annotations, Ant. Not tested against Groovy 1.x, so compatibility is not guaranteed.

It requires Java 8 or higher to run.

It requires Maven 3.0.4 or higher to run.

Note: other integrations (Clover-for-Ant, Clover-for-Eclipse, Clover-for-IDEA) have not been released.

Note: do not confuse Atlassian Clover with OpenClover, which is a fork maintained by community. Atlassian does not contribute to it.

This is a bug-fix release. We exposed an artifact containing only minimal subset of Clover classes, which are required during code coverage gathering, e.g. tests executions.

This is a bug-fix release. It was mainly focused on reducing number of compilation errors caused by lambda instrumentation. We introduced couple of heuristics methods to instrument lambda expressions as they'd be lambda blocks and resolve some compiler type inferring problems.

This is a bug-fix release. It was focused on improvements of the Bamboo Clover Plugin, which will be delivered in Bamboo 5.8 (to be released soon). However, we've brought a number of bug fixes for other integrations as well, such as: support of Darcula scheme in IDEA, compatibility with Grails 2.4.4 and Groovy 2.4.0, support of TestNG's @BeforeXyz / @AfterXyz annotations in test optimization.
