Cannot adjust license in Cloud Instance, 'Access Denied' message displayed after selecting 'Configure Products & Users' from my.atlassian.com
When managing your Cloud Instance account from my.atlassian.com and selecting 'Configure Products & Users' the following message is displayed:
The cause of the error is your user profile not being authenticated to an Cloud session.
To address the issue you can authenticate into your Cloud instance and then click 'Configure Products & Users' from my.atlassian.com
