Navigating to the Issue Notification Navigation Scheme
The issue notification scheme lets you associate particular events with particular email recipients so they receive emails when various events happen throughout the lifecycle of an issue.
Choose
> Issues. Select Notification Schemes to open the Notification Schemes page, which lists all the current notification schemes in your JIRA installation.
