Any version of Bamboo.

You can use a database SQL select to get this information from Bamboo:
SELECT TITLE,
BUILDKEY
FROM BUILD
WHERE LINKED_JIRA_ISSUE IS NOT NULL
AND LINKED_JIRA_ISSUE != '';
