Administrators can access a range of Support tools within Confluence. Go to > Atlassian Support Tools to run a health check, scan your logs, or send a support zip to our Support team.

For one-on-one help from our support team, create a support request in the Confluence Support (CSP) project at Atlassian Support. A support engineer will follow up with you quickly.
