Configuring a  allows you to edit the mapping of JIRA statuses to columns of a , as well as edit the columns, swimlanes, filter and quick filters of a .

Accessing a 's Configuration

To configure a :

  2. The 'Manage s' screen will be displayed (see Screenshot 1 below). Click the 'Configure' link corresponding to the  of interest.
  3. The ' Configuration' screen will be displayed (see Screenshot 2 below)

(tick) Alternatively, to quickly get to the Configuration screen for the you are currently viewing, simply click the 'cog' icon at the top-right of the screen and select 'Configure' from the drop-down.

Renaming a

To change the name of your :

  1. Access the Configuration for your (see above).
  2. Click the 'pencil' icon (which will appear when you hover) to edit the name of your . Press the 'Enter' key when finished.

Changing a 's Owner

A 's owner is the only person who can change the configuration of a . By default, the owner of a  is the person who created it. If you are the owner, or an administrator, you can change the owner of a .

To change the owner of your :

  1. Access the Configuration for your (see above).
  2. Click the 'pencil' icon (which will appear when you hover) to edit the owner of your . Press the 'Enter' key when finished.

Sharing a

A is available to all users who can view the saved filter on which the is based. If you wish to share a with different people, you will need to edit the saved filter (see the JIRA documentation on ).

Note that only the owner of the or an Administrator may modify a 's configuration.
