There are two ways to view an issue:

Quick View in GreenHopper

To view some of an issue's details while still being able to see your :

  2. If your project uses Scrum and the issue is currently in the planning phase, click 'Plan'; otherwise click 'Work'.
  3. Click the issue key (or type 't') to display the issue in Detail View on the right-hand side of the screen, providing you with immediate access to edit the issue's Summary, Description, Story Points and Remaining Estimate fields.

(tick) In Work mode, you can close the Detail View by clicking the 'x' icon (or typing 't').

(tick) In Plan mode you can see a convenient summary of an issue's sub-tasks and quickly create new ones.

Jump to JIRA

To view all of an issue's fields (that is, the JIRA  screen),

  2. 課題キーをクリック（または「 t 」を入力）して、 詳細ビュー に課題を表示します。
  3. In the Detail View, click the issue key (in Plan mode), or the small JIRA icon  (in Work mode), or type 'o',  to display all of the issue's fields.
Or, Ctrl-click an issue key on the  to open the JIRA 'View Issue' screen in a new browser tab.

The Agile panel (bottom right of screen) contains sprint information. If the Issue is in an active or completed sprint then the sprint name is shown, along with the end date of the completed sprint. Clicking the sprint name will allow you to view the relevant sprint details; for active sprints this will take you to the Work mode (with focus on the relevant issue), or for a completed sprint, you will be taken to the Sprint Retrospective Report.

(tick) When viewing an issue within JIRA, you can also jump to the relevant GreenHopper board(s) by selecting More Actions > Rapid Board or clicking the View on Rapid Board included in the Agile panel.
