ショートカット リンクは Confluence から頻繁に参照されるリソースに迅速にリンクする手段です。ショートカット リンクを作成する場合、URL にキーを割り当てておくと、編集時にユーザーが完全な URL の代わりにキーを入力するだけですみます。

次のような例があります。

ほとんどの Google 検索は、http://www.google.com/search?q= のようになります。"google" キーを使用してこの検索のショートカットを作成する場合、ユーザーは毎回 http://www.google.com/search?q=searchterms を使用する代わりに、[searchterms@google] と入力するだけですみます。

Shortcut links are added and maintained by Confluence administrators from the Administration Console.

Creating Shortcut Links

ショートカット リンクの作成手順

1. Go to the Administration Console and click Shortcut Links in the left panel.
2. ショートカットのキーを入力します。これは、ユーザーが URL を参照するために使用するショートカット名です。
3. 拡張値を入力します。これがリンクのための URL です。URL 内に '%s' を使用してユーザーの入力が挿入される場所を指定することができます。URL 内に '%s' がない場合、ユーザーの入力は末尾に挿入されます。
4. (Optional. Available in Confluence version 2.3 and later.) Enter a Default Alias. This is the text of the link which will be displayed on the page where the shortcut is used, with the user's text being substituted for '%s'.
5. 保存をクリックします。

Enter a shortcut link on the Advanced tab of the Insert Link dialog. See Linking to Pages for details.

リンクに、ショートカット URL の末尾に追加するものを指定し、その直後に @ 記号とショートカットのキーを入力します。ショートカット名は大文字/小文字を区別します。たとえば、上記のスクリーンショットに示されているキーを使用すると次のようになります。

Deleting Shortcut Links

ショートカット リンクは、管理コンソールのショートカット リンクタブにリストされています。削除をクリックしてショートカットを削除します。
