To view a list of all the pages and spaces you are currenty watching and to configure your notification preferences,

  1. Click on the 'Profile' link located at the top of the page below the 'breadcrumbs'. This will open up the user profile screen.

  2. Go to the 'Notifications' tab. This tab is divided into two sections:

  • Notification preferences - lets you configure how you want Confluence to send your email notifications.
    • 'Send me daily change report email' - check this box if you want to receive a daily summary report of all changes in all spaces visible to you. These include all changes including your own.
    • 'Notify on my actions' - check this box if you want Confluence to include your own actions in your notifications for your watches. Unselect this if you do not want to be notified of your own actions.
    • 'Type' - use the drop down menu to choose whether you want to receive your notifications as HTML or plain text.
  • Currently watching - lets you view your current watches or remove them by clicking the trash icon beside each watch.
