Portfolio for Jira lets you share a read-only version of your plan as needed. This helps you keep relevant stakeholders updated on the progress of business initiatives across your organization.

Sharing plans using the improved interface
In the improved interface, reports are no longer available — instead, you can share a read-only view of your roadmap. You can choose which issue details to display in the plan, filter relevant issues, and customize the view settings as needed, and then share that view of the roadmap to your stakeholders. Sharing live plans
In live plans, you can actually generate different types of reports, depending on the data you want to share. These reports display corresponding graphical overviews of the different aspects of your data — and you can do this for both plans and programs, from both scope and schedule views.
