Portfolio for Jira is now Advanced Roadmaps for Jira
We've renamed Portfolio for Jira to Advanced Roadmaps for Jira. To unify Atlassian's roadmapping solutions for teams of all sizes, this update coincides with the launch of Advanced Roadmaps in Jira Software Cloud Premium. Access your roadmaps by going to Plans (previously known as Portfolio) in the global navigation.

Color your timeline by issue type
Color-coding your timeline can help stakeholders understand your plan's data at a glance. Previously, you've been able to add color based on projects, statuses, teams, components, labels, and custom fields — and now, you can add color based on issue types. Pick different colors to represent bugs, stories, and epics to convey the scope and complexity of your team's work.

Enhanced capacity distribution
Distribution for sprint capacity is now "smarter" because it takes into account sprint assignment followed by end dates, hierarchy levels, and issue ranking if there is no sprint assignment.
This was first made available as an early access feature in version 3.19. After listening to your feedback and making further refinements, this feature is now the standard for capacity distribution for Scrum teams.
