This report helps you by tracking how your team is responding to incidents over time by displaying the number of incidents raised and mean time to resolution.

The mean time to resolution is calculated from all incidents raised in the period you choose, regardless of the period they were resolved in, it also compares the time the incident was raised, and when the incident was resolved. Also, keep in mind the calculation won't be affected by incidents that are still open.





How to use the incident response report

  1. To access the report go to your ops project > reports.
    The green bars represent the number of incidents raised over a period of time.
  2. Hover over a bar to see the total number of raised incidents, and hover over a dot on the line graph to see the mean time to resolution for that period.
