症状

When you click on any user avatar to change it, nothing happens. Also, we can't see any related errors in the log file.

原因

1. The problem is related to the JIRA Suite Utilities plugin. For some reason, the UPM is upgrading this plugin to the latest version, and it's not compatible with the instance version.
2. The problem can also be related to the HipChat plugin (see JRA-42341 - Getting issue details... STATUS ).

回避策 1

To resolve the problem #1, we need to downgrade the plugin:

• Stop the JIRA application;
• Remove the plugin from the <JIRA_HOME>/plugins/installed-plugins directory (it will be something like jira-suite-utilities-1.3.1.jar);
• Download a compatible version to the same directory;
• Start the JIRA application.

回避策 2

Regarding the problem #2, we need to disable the HipChat plugin in the Manage Add-ons screen or upgrade to the Fix Version specified in JRA-42341 - Getting issue details... STATUS .
