User 'null' does not have permission to see issue

問題
The problem is started to happens when:
- Create or edit an issue.
- Linking an issue.
- Transit an issue.
The following appears in the JIRA UI:

The problem is caused by the JIRA Automation Plugin.
回避策
Disable the JIRA Automation Plugin.
