User automatically added to Customer List even though Customer Portal configure as private

問題

New user created without group , shouldn't be added to private customer list . To reproduce the problem :-

  1. Create a Service Management Project
  2. Go to Project Administrations > Permissions , add Reporter user to below :-
    1. プロジェクトの参照
    2. 課題のクローズ
    3. 課題の作成
    4. コメントの追加
    5. 添付ファイルの作成
  3. Go to Project Administration > Request Security . Make sure to tick Only people on my customers list can raise a request
  4. Now , add a new user from User Management > User > Create User . Don't assign any applications .
  5. User will be automatically added to the private customer list . (Which is wrong behaviour)

Project Permissions configuration had Reporter user for below Permissions :-

ソリューション

  • Check the project Request Security . Make sure it was set to Only people on my customers list can raise a request
  • Check the project permissions configurations . Does it have Reporter user for some of the Permissions.
  • If yes , then remove it and create a new user without assigning to any applications . By default , it shouldn't be added to private Customer List.
