The plugin names and classes may differ
原因
This can happen when the Jira plugin cache becomes corrupted.
ソリューション
Rebuilding the plugin cache will resolve this issue. To rebuild the plugin cache:
- Jira を停止します。
- Backup and delete the following directories:
- <Jira Home>/plugins/.bundled-plugins
- <Jira Home>/plugins/.osgi-plugins
- Jira の起動
These folders will be automatically rebuilt after restarting Jira.
For Jira Data Center, the <Jira Home> location above should the Shared Home location.
Once it is confirmed Jira starts and all plugins are enabled the backup of the directories can be deleted.
