Attaching an image to a JIRA Issue when using Snagit can sometimes throw an empty error and fail to upload.

1. Capture an image using snagit
2. Copy the image
3. Open the comment editor in JIRA
4. Paste the image in while the cursor is in the comment editor.
5. An empty error will appear in the top right corner and the upload will fail:

When transparency in clipboard is turned on in Snagit the error occurs, when it's turned off the problem does not occur.
