Site Admins would see the below error when trying to invite a user to their site. The user belongs to a VERIFIED domain and the account is Managed.

The error states

Unable to send invites We were unable to send any invites because one or more accounts you invited are deactivated. Remove these accounts from your invite and try again.


または
 

We're unable to invite users At least one user has an account that is disabled. Grant them site access or remove this account to invite any other users.

または

We're unable to invite users At least one user has an account that is disabled or suspended. Only an org admin can restore this account. If the account doesn't exist in your organization, contact support

  • Confirm if the user belongs to a domain that is verified under your own organization. This can be found by looking at a users email address suffix (@example.com → where example.com is a domain)
  • To check what domains are VERIFIED under your organization go to https://admin.atlassian.com/o/<OrgID>/domains 
  • If you are unable to find out under which organization the domain is VERIFIED, please open a support request under the category Technical Issues and bugs from https://support.atlassian.com/ja/contact/

原因

  • The Error is caused because the user account you are trying to invite to your site is Deactivated on the Org level.

ソリューション

  1. As an org admin go to https://admin.atlassian.com and click on your org
  2. Follow the instructions in Make changes to a managed user account to locate the user.
  3. Open the User Profile and click"Reactivate"
  4. Grant product access as needed.
