症状

When attaching an image using the screenshot applet in Firefox, users are directed to the attachment page but no image is attached. The Java Console in Firefox contains the text of a HTML page with a permissions error. Attaching images directly as files works correctly.

原因

The applet will not be able to authenticate with a JIRA application when the "Accept third-party cookies" privacy option is disabled for your JIRA applications site. This setting is available under the "Privacy" options in your Firefox configuration.

Enable "Third-party cookies" for your JIRA application site. You can do this in one of two ways:

1. Enable "third-party cookies" globally for all sites.
2. Add an exclusion for your JIRA application site. For example, for jira.atlassian.com I would add the following exclusion:
