Unable to add user group under view permissions of Filters

When users are trying to add the user group under View permission of the Filter, nothing happens, it doesn't get added.

原因

This is an expected behaviour. The user group that we were trying to add as a viewer already has editor permissions (under the second dropdown). By default, an editor has viewer permissions. 
We can see the user group is highlighted under the editor permissions every time we click to add it as a viewer, indicating that it already belongs to a higher-order permission group.

ソリューション

 If users want view-only access then we would have to remove it from the editor group first and then add it under the viewer group, it will get added.
