症状

After a change on the Server (patches applied or anti-virus installed etc) it appears that some HTTP requests for Javascript are not completed. It might not be occurring for all users but a subset of users in a particular network.

browser console  に次のメッセージが表示される。

<base url>/s/d41d8cd98f00b204e9800998ecf8427e/en_UKircwmv-1988229788/6265/8/b161b326e4b55d24497341a9e077f8e5/_/download/contextbatch/js/atl.dashboard,atl.general,jira.global/batch.js

診断

If the instance is accessed directly on the server using http://localhost:<port> then no issue appears.

No error appears in JIRA logs with respect to this behaviour.

原因

Since there are no errors in JIRA logs and JIRA is running fine with localhost, we can confirm that there is no problem in JIRA. So, this issue is related to the environment rather than JIRA.

ソリューション

We would suggest you to work with your network administrator and check everything between JIRA server and its users. It could be anything :

  • アンチウィルス
  • Firewall
  • Browser addons

or anything else that is configured in the network.
