Share issue/filter feature does not work in JIRA

診断

The Add-On JIRA Welcome Plugin is disabled.

原因

In case the JIRA Welcome Plugin is disabled in JIRA, it is not possible to send the share notification to any user to either share an issue or a filter.

回避策

Enable the JIRA Welcome Plugin, however disable all modifiable modules except the module "What's New Web Resources(whats-new-resources)".
