See all project roles a Jira Cloud user belongs to across all projects

Summary
As an Organization admin, you want to find the membership details of user project roles for all Jira projects.
Solution
Use the "View Jira Project roles" option in admin.atlassian.com
Centralizeduser management:
Visit admin.atlassian.com, and select your Organization
Select Directory
Select Users
Search for the user and open the User profile
Under Jira, select ... (More options) > View Jira Project roles
Original user management:
Visit admin.atlassian.com, and select your organization
Select Products
Select your site name
Select Users and search for the correct user
Open the user's profile
Select ... (More options) > View Jira Project roles
