症状

1. The Scrum Boards in JIRA Agile are unavailable.
2. The following message appears on the JIRA Agile Board "Scrum for Rapid Board is currently unavailable. An administrator must perform a re-index before you can use Scrum for Rapid Board functionality."

atlassian-jira.log に次のエラーが返される。

原因

The Scrum board has been designed in a way that you need to have the 'Sprint' field available on all the issues in that project.

ソリューション

1. Please check the Field configuration and make the 'Sprint' field "Show" on all field configurations.
2. Check if the search template for the Sprint field is set to JIRA Agile Sprint Field Searcher from the Custom Field Configurations.
3. Reindex the instance.
