Revoke the cancellation of subscription

How to revoke the cancellation of a subscription?

Solution

Since we don't have an option in our UI to revoke the cancellation of a subscription initiated, below are the steps we can follow to achieve the same:

  1. Navigate to admin.atlassian.com and on the Manage Subscriptions page, click on Change and select the Standard Plan. If you are already on a standard plan, then select any other plan.

  2. Once it updates, it will show a dialogue box that you need to add a credit card. Click on Change and select the plan to which the product was initially subscribed again.

  3. The message "Cancellation pending" will not appear anymore and if you go to my.atlassian.com, it will show that your site is active.
