Project Lead cannot be altered for a specific project for JIRA 7

問題
Unable to update the project lead
- Clicked the 'Update' button, nothing happened and no any error message.
- The loading circle occurs very shortly but it just stay on the same popup page.

- Upgraded from JIRA 6.x to JIRA 7
Diagnostic Steps
- Go to JIRA Administration > Projects > Select Project > Edit Project
- Verify the project name character counts
原因
This is a bug caused by the introduction of the project length name limit < 20 characters
- If there is projects which holds project name with >20 characters, when migrated, you wont be able to edit the project lead
回避策
Rename the project name accordingly to <20 characters
ソリューション
Go to Settings (cog icon on top right) > System > Maximum project name size and increase the maximum allowed characters here.
