Problem with Atlassian Cloud app creating issues from the Google Marketplace

Summary
Using the Atlassian Cloud from the Google Marketplace: https://workspace.google.com issues can directly be created from the Gmail application.
The Atlassian Cloud application in the Google Marketplace is developed and supported Atlassian.
The problem occurs when users try to create issues using the app, but the Component field in Jira is marked as required. There is no clear error message to indicate what caused the issue: "Warning You can only create issue types supporting inline issue creation."
Solution
Try making the Component field as Optional. Henceforth, no error messages are encountered and issues get created as expected.
