"Oops, we weren't able to create your request" error when trying to create a request in JSM Chat

Summary
Problem
When trying to raise a request in Slack the error "Oops, we weren't able to create your request" is received from the Assist bot:

Possible cause
The triage channel related to the project and integration was archived, which prevented the ticket from being created.
Solution
Unarchive the triage channel, after that, the integration should resume its functionality. If you want to have another triage channel, you can unarchive the one related to the integration, then remove the bot using the “/remove” Slack command and add a new channel as a triage channel.
To archive/unarchive a channel in Slack, refer to Archive or delete a channel.
