No option to re-enable Project Navigation Sidebar in JIRA 7.0.x

問題
After upgrading to JIRA 7.0, the project navigation sidebar is hidden but here's no option to enable/disable it under the User profile menu.
原因
User has disabled the project navigation sidebar prior to JIRA 7 upgrade.
ソリューション
- Log in as an administrator.
- Go to [BASE-URL]/secure/SiteDarkFeatures!default.jspa
- Disable com.atlassian.jira.projects.ProjectCentricNavigation.Switch
- Go back to the affected project. The sidebar should be visible now.
