症状

JIRA issues can be updated via CSV import if issue keys are specified in the CSV file and mapped during the import.

If there are custom field values to be updated e.g. Text field, Date Time field, etc., the fields will be updated correctly into the existing issues but these changes are not displayed in the History tab of the View Issue screen.

原因

Change History is not available in older versions of JIRA and JIRA Importers Plugin. The minimum versions that support this feature are JIRA 6.1 with JIRA Importers Plugin 6.1.15.

• Upgrade JIRA to 6.1 or above
• Make sure JIRA Importers Plugin is 6.1.15 or above
