Menu missing from Issue Navigator

問題
All the menu are missing from Issue Navigator.
- Issue occur only after user restore their XML backup from JIRA 6.4.10 to JIRA 7.0.0
- Filter button, query button and issue page viewer will all be missing.
Everytime user tried to open the Issue Navigator, following error will be shown in the error log:
診断
- Run JIRA in the safe mode to ensure user plugin did not cause this.
- Try on other web browsers (Chrome/Firefox).
- Run full reindex and integrity checker.
- Check if any system plugin was disabled.
原因
- JIRA Inline Issue Create Plugin is disabled in System Add-on.

- Enable JIRA Inline Issue Create Plugin is disabled in System Add-on.
