原因

This is due to a conflict between JIRA Agile 5.10.6 and Atlassian Developer Toolbox plugin.

回避策

In Administration --> Plugins --> Manage My Plugins locate Atlassian Developer Toolbox and disable it.

Alternatively, you can un-install the plugins by removing it from $<jira.home>/plugins/installed-plugins/
