JIRA Gadget Missing

問題
List of gadgets are missing from the add gadget menu. Even after clicking 'Load all gadgets', gadgets still doesn't show
The following appears in the atlassian-jira.log

- When enter safe mode, all the gadgets are shwon
原因
- Caused by a plugin called Gantt-Chart Project for JIRA - Enterprise Edition
- Compatibility issue on JIRA 7
The module for this add-on is the root cause for this issue. Soyatec Project Portfolio Gadget (soyatec-portfolio-gadget) and Soyatec Resource Gadget(soyatec-resource-gadget). By only disabling this two modules from the add-ons, gadgets can be shown fine again.
ソリューション
- Remove the plugin
- Alternatively disable Soyatec Project Portfolio Gadget (soyatec-portfolio-gadget) and Soyatec Resource Gadget(soyatec-resource-gadget) modules from the
JIRA Administrator > Add-on > Manage Add-on > Gantt-Chart Project for JIRA - Enterprise Edition > Expand the module listing, gadgets can be shown fine again.
